Powerless

Well, today started off like a normal day. I got into work, started my day just as normal. About an hour into my shift, I'm getting into my grove, sitting on the phone with someone who was having a very perplexing problem when all of a sudden:
**POOF** lights go off, computer screen goes off...silence in my ear...
We were without power for a little over 2 hours, in a valiant effort, we got out some laptops and was able to get online using the wireless network in the office. That however was short lived when the UPS supplying power to that, and our phone server went kaput,and we were totally dead in the water. It was a nice unexpected break though!
